OUR TWO CANNING VALE TRAIN STATIONS ARE OPEN

As promised, Roger Cook, Rita Saffioti, Mark McGowan, Matt Keogh, Sam Lim and I delivered on our commitment to build two new Train Stations in Canning Vale at Ranford Rd and Nicholson Rd.

Works began at Nicholson Rd Station in September 2019.

The Thornlie-Cockburn Link connects the Armadale and Mandurah rail lines with 17.5kms of track and is the first east-west connection on our rail network in Perth.

We thank the workers that have created the Jewel in the METRONET Crown!

The WA Labor Govt built and opened the Thornlie extension in 2005. The Liberals in Govt then blocked the train line extension from 2008-2017 and the Liberals then opposed our train line build at every election since.
